2022 Pool Now on ESPN TC
« on: March 07, 2022, 04:24:20 pm »
The manufacturer of the software that I use to run the pool is shutting down.  I've used this software for about 12 years.

So, to have a pool this year I've created a private group on ESPN Tournament Challenge website.  If you want to participate in this pool you'll need to create an account with ESPN or if you have an existing account just log in and go to our group.

On the plus side, this year I won't have to manually update the standings myself.  Standings will update on the ESPN TC site.  They also have a phone app that you can install to join the group, submit your entries and track how you are doing.

Only 4 pick sheets per person will be allowed this year.  If you submit more only the last 4 will be allowed and others will be deleted.

Each pick sheet will cost you $5.00.  All money will be returned to the contestants like always with 70% to the winner, 20% to 2nd place and 10% to 3rd place.  If your pick sheet(s) has not been paid for by tip-off of the first game you will be removed from the pool.

All payments for the pool entries must be paid through Venmo like we did last year.

Group info and payment info will be posted in a separate post shortly.

Thanks,

Scott

Hey Scott, this is Rick Glotzbach.  Just wanted to let you know that my brother David will be paying for his entries and 4 entries for myself.  Thanks again for hosting this contest every year!
